Refund policy

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item on your order, without giving any reason.

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund your payment — including standard outbound shipping costs — within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided evidence of return shipment.

Digital downloads – exemption

If you consented at checkout to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon download, that content is non-refundable once the download has begun.
